If you change your mind for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. We offer refunds, exchanges, and store credits subject to the following conditions:
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions, your return will be refunded at an additional cost;

Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund;
FULL PRICE
Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit;
SALE ITEMS
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for store credit or exchange;
FINAL SALE<br><br>Items marked "Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges" cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, the items will be returned to you at an additional cost;
PROMO CODE
Orders placed with a promotional code that offers a discount on the order (excluding our 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for store credit or exchange;
SWIMMING
All swimwear must be tried on with underwear, the protective hygienic strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be returned;
RETURN SHIPPING
We suggest that you try on all items as soon as you receive them to ensure you can return them within the return window.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. iccodi.com is not responsible for lost deliveries received following a return. We recommend that you return your items via a registered or trackable postal service as return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received by iccodi.com.
RETURN PROCESSING TIMES
We endeavour to process refunds on a daily basis, but please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified by email when your return has been received by our team and again when it has been processed.
Return period
You can apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product. Items that exceed this period will not be returned.
Return conditions
The product must be in new and unused condition.
The original packaging, labels, accessories, etc. must be complete.
Certain products (such as customized products, promotional products, etc.) are not supported for return unless there is a quality problem.
Return process
Contact our customer service team and provide the order number, product details and reason for return.
After customer service confirms, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
After packaging the product safely, send it back via the logistics method of your choice, and the shipping cost shall be borne by you (except for quality problems).
We will process a refund or exchange for you within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the product.
Refund instructions
The refund will be returned according to your original payment method and will usually arrive in your account within 5-10 working days after the return is confirmed.
Notes
Please keep the courier number when sending the product back so that you can track the progress of the return.
If the product is damaged or lost during transportation, we will not be able to provide you with a refund. Please ensure the safety of the return process.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product. Please contact our Customer Service team at support@iccodi.com with your order number and images of the defect and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
